Nihonryori RyuGin in Tokyo Hibiya, is often recognized as one of the best Japanese Omakase restaurant in Japan, it has expanded overseas in Hong Kong and Taipei. Taipei is also the only oversea location that integrates local ingridients, unlike their restaurnat in Hong Kong whcih uses ingridients shipped from Japan.
